| Abstract: | Our energetic workshopleader facilitates a talkshow in which your guests interact one on one. Together they share their experiences and vision based on various positions. The most inspirational stories are then shared with all the delegates. You will meet 5 new contacts. Abstract becomes concrete, because the participants draw from their own experience. Own responsibility and cooperation are the main subjects during this interactive talk show. This talk show can also be used as super-brainstorming session for strategy engagement: "Which way should / would we go?". After an enthusiastic introduction it is time to open up for others. On the basis of specially prepared statements, you will exchange thoughts 1-on-1. After three minutes Erik van Zegveld, (the discussion leader) is looking for the most inspiring views. These are discussed plenary. Then everyone switches discussion partners. The discussions can be continued in the break, the drinks, your LinkedIn group or in your e-learning environment. |
